AFJOG achieves its objectives through:
- Outreach Healthcare Clinics – Providing medical services to underprivileged communities of Pakistan.
- Taleem-o-Tarbiat Program – Promoting literacy & mannerism to be the useful citizen.
- School Nutrition Program – Providing mid day snacks to students of AFJOG schools..
- Vocational Training Programm – Different skills are provided to empower the women.
- Educational Scholarships – Supporting financially needy students at FJMU.
- Professional Development – Organizing annual seminars and alumni reunions at AFJOG centers & FJMU.
- Infrastructure Development – Contributing to the construction of the Fatima Jinnah Block and upgradation of Nephrology department to enhance patient care at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
