- 1976 – Farooqi Gynae Ward was constructed through donations
- 1993 – Shafqat Memorial Gynae Theatre constructed by AFJOG
- 2002 – Emergency Ward Constructed by AFJOG
- AFJOG contributes in providing food to the patients in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital
- In 2008 AFJOG donated and installed a Mammography Machine
